No less than 15 km of "coastal path" offer superb views of the coastline.

Pink sandstone markers, erected by the Conseil Général des Côtes d'Armor on the Cape of Erquy, will help you find your way around the area in complete safety. They will help you to discover the Cape's natural and historical heritage.

  • Four loops of approximatively 10km (6miles) each criss-cross the coastal paths and country roads around Erquy: routes 'Bienassis/Saint Pabu, Lanruen, Cap d'Erquy and Saint-Michel tidal island'.
  • Illustrated leaflets with information on the local heritage and natural landscape will inspire your family walks.

Walks around the Cape of Erquy bring new surprises with every season: swimming in the limpid waters of the wild beaches... the silence of the countryside, broken only by the sound of the waves... lungfuls of fresh sea air and superb scenery all year round!

Erquy rando Rambling Society

A walk every Wednesday and Friday all year round from 2pm to 5pm: see calendar at the Tourist Information Office.
2 walks free of charge - membership of the Fédération Française de la Randonnée Pédestre (French Ramblers' Association) required from the third attendance onwards. Starting from 9am during July and August - free of charge: see the Cap Armor programme.
